Non-Degree Masters Coursework
The Department of Dietetics & Nutrition welcomes non-degree-seeking students. You bring a wealth of diverse experiences to discussions. Advantage to using graduate credits from KUMC as Continuing Education Units:

Costs Visitor status is for a non-degree seeking graduate student who does not wish to receive graduate credit or a grade for a course. Visitor status will be granted on a space available basis. The “Visitor” can apply for Continuing Education Units from a professional organization for a course attended as a Visitor. The Visitor pays tuition and library fees. For Visitors who are KS residents and over 60 y of age, tuition is waived. For the application process, the application must be submitted as outlined above but transcripts are not required. A Visiting Student Permission Permit must be signed by the instructor and student and submitted with the application for admission. The Visiting Student Permission Permit can be obtained from the department Administrative Assistant (913-588-5355 or sjones@kumc.edu). Deadlines: No deadlines exist; however, the application process will take about four weeks. Notification: The Graduate Office will send a letter to the student and the department
when the student’s application is accepted. Then, the D&N Administrative
Assistant will send an email to the accepted student giving them a userid
and password for accessing the KUMC online Enroll and Pay system and instructions
for using the system. |
